Had a great experience at PetSmart. When I brought my Luna there for grooming, I met Tina, my green-cheeked conure. The staff was very friendly, patient, and helpful, and helped me pick out everything I needed. You can really tell they care about the animals. Now Tina is one of my family members, and we couldn’t be happier.

Man I don’t know what policies / company policies you guys have. While the other animals appear to be in happy and healthy conditions, the fish area was terrible man. Why are there like 6 fish dead and there’s 3 alive; I’m not new to fishkeeping so I know the ammonia is gonna get yo to those fish and kill them. Bettas are treated just as bad. There was a dead betta when I came in and my child started crying to see the bettas all lethargic and stuff. Not cool man. Do better with the fish section.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we showed interest in our now green cheek conure pet. I always go back to get her food and toys. The place is always clean and with easy parking.

So, originally, I went to purchase a pet turtle and ending up getting my baby cleaned due to the advertising of a quick wash for $29.95 which he so desperately needed. The service was amazing and quick. I love the attention and care the staff gave us both. Anaya, is so sweet and did such an amazing job shampooing my baby. We’re looking for to visiting Santa on the 13th!

Love this location! Have the best deals an there vet clinic is amazing!! Help my puppy out so much for a great price !
