Came in after getting a fair fish and Christy got us set up with a tank she was GREAT and knowledgeable! We didn’t know what to do and she helped us every step of the way to make sure our fish get the best life possible.

Pet Smart did my cat's nails, took about 10 minutes, and we were out of there. Great job.

I got a kitten from petsmart plant city could not be happier kitten settled in our home and looks at us as if to say thank you for saving me. She is so sweet for a young kitten she stays with us 💕 on our laps so sweet.

I went in to buy supplies for my 2 new kittens. I was so excited to be there. I asked the cashier a couple of questions and he told me that he did not know. He told me to ask the lady that handles the cats. I motioned to the lady thru the glass. I never said anything I just motioned. She came and started telling at me saying that I was yelling at her. My husband walked up behind me just to see this lady in my face yelling at me. I still had never said anything to her. I couldn't believe she was yelling at a paying customer. I walked out and didn't buy a thing. I'm sorry she works with animals.
