We have two kittens and honestly for us never had any issues as far as getting supplies we need and cashiers are always very nice it’s also close to our business VXOBeautyAcademy and it was such a great treat to find out they had a celebration for adopted animals today that we were apart of and I lived being able to be part of that experience for my kittens and get them a new cat tree, food, beds, litter mat and treats

6/20/25 Had a 1 PM grooming appointment at PetSmart for my dog. They called and asked me to come in earlier at 11 AM, so I adjusted my schedule and did that. It was supposed to be for a haircut, but what I got is a joke. For $104, this is beyond disappointing — it looks rushed and half-done. I honestly could’ve done a better job myself at home with clippers. Total waste of money. Do better.

Never had things I need for my fish tank. There is no way you sell items and then make people travel distances to “go to another” store because you don’t have something. This isn’t a few week issue either this is a four month issue. Only to be told that they don’t do inventory that PETS MART CHOOSES what they want to send out. How do you sell something and then say we don’t know we just sell product. Also the manager and assistant manager don’t know about products or fish. How do you work somewhere and know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Oranda goldfish 7.99 what can I say, he is prettier than the show fish. Did my homework, cycled tank before I brought him home. Did the three day quarantine with prophylactic meds. Seachem products worked best. Peetee is vivid, personable and gorgeous

First of all this was lizzie's first visit. there was a sign that there is a 25 percent discount on first visit. they did not acknowledge the discount. they said it will go to her next visit. which is fine with me. i paid $62.00 on her first visit. groom plus whatever they did to lizzie. I called today and there was a lady that has a bad attitude. i told her about lizzie's nails. they were cut but they are very sharp. and she told me well, it was not included and i did not pay extra to grind her nails. I said, i paid $62 dollars something without no discount. they should have told me that at front. why would you cut dog's nails without grinding them. she answered. well, i wasn't here yesterday i don't know who helped you... what an attitude and what a customer service I am NOT HAPPY ON WHA
