They did a great job on my Scottie! She had some matting in her beard and armpits but they did a good job and were very patient with her. We will be back. Rachel and Courtney did a great job and listened to any concerns we had and were very careful with her.

Courtney is a top notch groomer! She is sweet and always does a great job with Josie. The groomer can be a scary place for some pets but as soon as Josie sees Courtney she doesn’t seem afraid anymore, because she loves her.

I have closer PetSmarts near me, but this store has the best freshwater fish options in stock. They have a whole row of aquarium decorations and some are pretty large.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought my dog to PetSmart for a routine bath and trim something we do every 6 weeks, and my dog is regularly brushed at home. When we arrived, the stylist Sean B. literally said my dog’s coat “felt good.” So imagine my shock when, at pickup, he suddenly started raising his voice and scolding me, repeatedly saying “you dont need to come back here”completely unprovoked and wildly unprofessional. He then blamed me for my dog’s fur being “too tangled,” which directly contradicted what he said at drop-off. He also complained that my dog’s ears were blocked with hair, something that, considering we come here regularly, I assumed was part of the service. Avoid this grooming location at all costs. I brought my dog in for a nail trim due to a cracked nail and was told they could fit us in. After driving in a snowstorm, bundling my baby, myself, and my dog, and finally arriving, I received a phone call from the parking lot saying they were “closing” — 45 minutes before their posted closing time — and they refused to help. The customer service was absolutely awful and showed zero care or professionalism. Ashley was the associate I dealt with. Do not waste your time here.
