The employees their are nice. I'm usually in and out within 15 minutes.i order the same thing every time. 10 large crokets. I want to thank these two employees for doing a great job.their names are Jaden and Jackie. These two employees remember my name and my order. The other employees do not wear their name tags.

Selina is an incredible worker at this location! She’s been helpful and knowledgeable about products and the essentials for our pets. She is a good friend to our Siberian Husky too. 🐾 She deserves a raise and promotion! Excellent job!

I brought my dog here on a whim because she was in need grooming. This is not our local PetSmart. This was the nearest at the time as I was there on a work trip. Long story short customer service was just ok but as far as my dogs haircut, I have never hated a grooming for her more than this one. At the initial drop off they told us she didn’t have too much matting that she should be ok to go for a trim, later they called and said she was more matted than they thought so she needed to be shaved. Fine I can deal with her having short hair. What I couldn’t believe was how choppy the hair was. They didn’t even try to make it even. She looked like she patches of hair missing. I will never take her here or to a PetSmart again cause apparently you don’t need to have any kind of experience to work
