Do not shop from this store. We purchased 6 small fish for our 9 year old over the last two weeks. We bought the tank, filters, heaters, food and every other item suggested to us, spending over $150. 4 of the 6 fish have died. After the first 3 died we bought 3 more. 1 died the same night. My 9 yr old flushed the fish and when we returned with the receipt and asked for an $8 replacement fish we were denied. The associate was completely indifferent to helping us and has now lost all our pet supply purchases. No more dog food, dog beds, dog toys. The list goes on and on for how much money was lost over an $8 fish.

This is absolutely terrible. I've groomed my dog ​​many times, and this is the worst one yet. I don't think she takes my dog ​​seriously.

1 register open 95% of the time. Line goes on for days. If you're in a rush good luck. Pretty well stocked and cleaned. Adopted my kitty here through a really nice company. Convenient drive and easy parking.

The staff is super nice and helpful. They need more help though. But, when there's a line, they do pitch in. Always have my speciality pet food in stock.

This place is great, mostly because the staff is awesome. Dee keeps those fish tanks sparkling clean, and she also took the time to explain what was a great starter fish tank for our family. Joanna was so polite and helpful, and Daphne the manager was so kind and patient. They are great and have a wonderful selection of pets and products!
