Very friendly and great environment for your pets. My dog had never been groomed by anyone other then me so i didnt know exactly how he would do. I voiced my concerns and they were very thoughtful.they did a wonderful job and worked around his anxieties.

I'm only giving 1 start because I have to. I stood waiting on an attendant for nearly 10 minutes after letting them know we wanted to purchase fish. After telling the guy what we wanted and how big our tankS are he chatted in his little headset for a second before telling me "We aren't actually selling any fish today, they have a fungus we've been treating for a few days and I don't think they will even let me sell one." NOT A SINGLE SIGN ON ANY TANK! They literally just didn't want to sell me the fish because they think I don't know what I'm doing. I've had tanks for over 25 years and don't appreciate being lied to simply because you don't want to sell me fish. Highly do NOT recommend shopping here.

Very rude customer service. They act like it’s a problem to serve customers especially when you ask for something that’s locked up. I don’t recommend shopping here
