PetSmart

I love it here! I love looking at the Kitty cats, and they always have something on sale. I feed my cat Blue Buffalo dry food 😋 and she especially loves the tuna and salmon tasteful purees. All I have to do is, say, treat or open it, and she comes running!

I try very hard not to shop here because of things like this. I do not understand how hard it is to maintain, and make sure, that customers can buy quality products for their pets. I have brought to their attention in the past issues like this, but I guess that is not their priority. On the other hand, they have cute furry babies that are in need of a good home and that they are not to be returned (like the previous "parents") for having allergies. WHO DOESN'T HAVE ALLERGIES!?

Nobody works here. I walked around looking for someone for over 15 min. Finally saw someone and she was taking trash out and never came back out. Grabbed what I thought I needed. Got to check out and the cashier was so nasty. I asked her if anyone was in the aisles and she said they have three people working. Clearly not. Couldn’t buy what I needed because apparently it needs a prescription. Had no idea as there was no one to ask. Wasted 40+ min for empty hands. Do not come here.

If you have a large breed dog beware - they cannot accommodate them correctly & will try to charge additional fees for Grooming. I have been using PetSmart Grooming for my Great Dane since she was a puppy at various locations across the US. My partner brought her in to be groomed at the Palm Coast location and they said that due to her size they would have to charge an additional $15 for express service because the kennels they keep the dogs in are too small to accommodate her. Never in her 10 years has this ever happened, and if this is a known issue at their location why would they allow large breed dogs to be booked? I booked this reservation 24 hours in advance and when they left a voicemail to confirm her booking they never mentioned that they couldn’t accommodate her fully. I will n
