Ashley was amazing and every one was very nice. My dog can pout about the kennel and waiting so when her eye was a little red and I called just to ask about maybe shampoo or somthing getting in them incase I needed to watch it Richard immediately called me the next morning he was very nice and went above and beyond just to check for me. I appreciate them and would definitely use then again!!

Rachel groomed our girl she was so nice and asked me every detail I would want for her cut. She did a great job on her! This was only Dolly second groom so she was still not sure about it but Rachel took her time with her, I will definitely be taking her back to her.

I bought some tiny fish 5 to be exact the only new additions to my tank about 3 weeks ago 2 weeks ago I realized my entire fish tank had ick I lost my entire stock of fish including 2 irradecent sharks and 4 other fish now I am filtering my fish tank daily and treating for ick with daily water replacements be careful buying fish here

Professionalism and respect should never be optional. During my interaction with Kat recently, I was consistently polite, and respectful. Unfortunately, the attitude I received in return felt dismissive and unnecessarily condescending. Just plain rude. There was no reason for the tone that was taken, especially given that I approached the situation kindly. As a customer, I expect clear communication and basic courtesy. I hope this is taken seriously, because how customers are treated directly reflects on a business.

DO NOT SHOP FOR LIVE ANIMALS HERE!! 5/15/23-does not appear to stock shrimp anymore. they have not had shrimp since December (2022). when asked if they can order they say no. shopkeeps are unable to care for the aquatic life they sell. Picture 1 9/7/23 another disappointing trip to this store. saw more dead fish and of course they dont have shrimp. they say the supplyer has none. the dead fish looked like they had been sitting for awhile pictures 2-5. fish i bought almost immediately developed ich. cmon petsmart.... 11/5/24 They are unable to order fishtanks, and they have no clue what they have coming in on their inventory truck. They only reason i shop here is 50% off aquariums. Do not recommend This store also stocks betta fish in tiny cups. This store is cruel and these fish deserv
