Excellent customer service from the moment my Demi and I walked in. Very clean environment and fair pricing. I am so I happy I booked here and you will be too. The staff is amazing!
Cashier was nice and friendly. This PetSmart doesn't have a great selection of dog toys but does have a great selection of high end dog food.
AVOID THIS PLACE AND THE GROOMER “NINI” AT ALL COSTS! Today I had the worst experience at this establishment. If you bring your dog to this grooming salon, avoid NiNi at all costs. Not even a trainee could do such a poor, low-quality job. I brought my 4-year-old Sheepadoodle in for a haircut and was very clear that I did not want his hair cut short, especially because it is winter and we go out with our dog frequently. After five hours, they returned my dog completely shaved, with terrible clipper marks, and then charged me $175 for a supposed “extra brush fee.” I have no idea which dog that fee was applied to, since their intention from the beginning was clearly to shave my dog.
We love it here! They are so sweet and gentle with our fur babies. Our forever vet. Thank you guys for caring so much and working with our sweet babies.
Jessica was my baby Chanel dog groomer. We are saddened by her departure from PetSmart. Jessica recommended that we see Chan, Chelsea, Kayla and Tiffany. I have no clue who to choose because I want the best grooming service and experience for my baby Chanel. I have a new baby to my family name Roxy so I need a great groomer for them both. It’s such a difficult decision in choosing from Jessica recommended groomers. I’m just afraid that I will pick the wrong person for my babies. I wanted Jessica to be Roxy groomer as well because she was always kind and attentive to Chanel. I’m praying and hoping for a miracle. 🤞🤔😂
