!!ANIMAL ABUSE!! Please do not buy any animals from this awful store. They do not care for any of their animals and just replace them instead of actually providing care towards their pets. The habitats are always dirty and filled with feces , the reptiles are not given proper size habitats nor temperature control. The birds are constantly stressed to the point of pulling out their own feathers and pacing around the incredibly small habitat. The vampire crabs literally DROWN in their habitat, they are not fully aquatic animals and yet they are placed in a tank FULL of water instead of a terrarium with a small body of water for them. Their fish are half-dead, covered in Ick spots, fins rotted, and burned from ammonia. They DO NOT do daily water changes for the Bettas in their cups, DESP

This store is a joke. I simply went in to purchase a couple of fish. They refused to sale me the fish unless I told them how large my tank was. That’s none of their business, they can make a recommendation if they wish, but refusal to sale thats pretty bad. I was replacing a fish that we had for many years in the tank, when told her how large the tank was she would not sale me the fish. I purchased the original fish from Walmart many years ago with no problems .Will never recommend this place to anyone. Very Rude People!!

I wish this location would invest a bit more time in training their customer facing employees. On several visits (four) we were told that competitor coupons were not accepted. This was frustrating since both the company website and the store manager confirmed that they do. The policy is clearly stated on the website, so clearer communication in the store would make the experience more consistent. After four poor interactions, we’ll be going elsewhere.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at PetSmart. The employees were genuinely rude and unprofessional, and the way they spoke to customers was unacceptable. It felt like they forgot they were at work and representing a company, not just hanging out. Customer service was lacking completely, and basic respect was missing. PetSmart seriously needs to invest in better training and accountability for their staff. The way customers are treated is sad and honestly embarrassing for a brand this big. After this experience, it’s no surprise this location has so many bad reviews. PetSmart, do better.

We’ve been LOYAL PetSmart grooming customers for YEARS with our two dogs. No longer. I’ve had issues for the last year and a half and this is the final straw. I took my Australian Shepherd-Collie mix (5 years old) in and then I got a call 6 hours later. This girl Zoey said she couldn’t give her a haircut cause she was snapping at the dryer….never in the last 4 years of grooming has this ever been an issue! She kept saying “she’s just a nervous baby”….actually Zoey, no she is NOT. She went on to say since she was wet they couldn’t give her a haircut. Before hanging up, I specifically told her I was 10 minutes away. I arrive 10 minutes later and ZOEY HAS LEFT THE BUILDING! I swear I saw her walking to her car as I was walking in. I was NOT going to pay $76 for a bath and no haircut, so I ask
