I brought my 6 month old american bulldog to see Jessica for her first appointment , she trusted her to not wear a muzzle , she was on the the floor interacting and playing with my puppy, and she completely spoils her with the most precious bandanas every time since! She is so accommodating and is sincerely so amazing! my pup Sadie is now a year old and she still sees Jessica for grooming and nail trims

Very kool little store. Has everything you need in a Pet Smart. Staff are very friendly and courteous. The store had some small pets and lots of fish. We treated our little dogs to toys and treats. They have a grooming salon visible from the outside. You have to stop here when in town.

Made my appointment, pre checked in, signed all releases drove 40 minutes to the location. Went into store. Discussing how I wanted my 15 Year old (approx.) pup trimmed. I’ve had him 14 years after he landed at our house as a hand me down. “We can’t trim him I’m concerned about his breathing” Are you kidding me??? He’s old!! We breathe weird. I’ve kept him alive happy and relatively healthy all this time, if I was concerned I would address it. Insulting and a waste of time….and he’s fine.

this PetSmart is smaller than others I've shopped at. not as great of a selection because of that. staff was pleasant and once i asked for help they were attentive. online "in your store" selections did not match store stock. all in all I love PetSmart. wish this one was bigger
