I've been here 3 times and 2 outta 3 my dog has come back with a dirty face both times done by a girl named Tiffany! Please keep your fur baby away from her. The manger gave me a full refund and another groomer named Heather tried to fix ihim ...smh

I’ve had consistently positive experiences at PetSmart. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide range of products for pets of all kinds. Prices are reasonable, and I appreciate the frequent sales and rewards program. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Any time I’ve had questions about food, training, or grooming, someone has been able to help or point me in the right direction. You can tell they really care about animals. I also like that the store partners with local rescues for adoptions; it’s a wonderful way to support the community. Overall, PetSmart offers convenience, great service, and a trustworthy environment for pet owners. I will definitely continue shopping here and recommend it to other pet lovers

For the most part the other two employees were amazing and helpful. For some reason the older lady with grey wavy hair had a pitiful attitude towards me for asking a question. I later had her Check me out and she acted as though she couldn’t speak once again, which prompted me to ask her if she was having a good day, because the treatment I received was unnecessary. The gentleman and other younger lady. 10/10

Good , nice , clean store. Ms.Dee is always very helpful and kind to her customers. Great customer service is hard to find and you always provide that, Thank you .
