PetSmart

I drop in every so often to have my dog's nails trimmed and I have a great experience every time. The staff is kind and do a great job with his nails. I am always able to be in the door and out in less than 10 minutes each time. Cierra did a wonderful job today!

I know it’s late for this review but 3 years ago I took my Yorkie Sage to pet smart In Opelika but when we came to get her she was kinda damp but she was cold shivering and had bald spots and her hair was cut soo short but the did have some cuts from the groomer and the session was also extremely expensive and short also we had to put a sweater on her for a long time until her hair grew back but I do not recommend going to the pet smart for grooming in Opelika.

Their cat flea collars are false advertisement. They don't sell them no more. But yet they don't take them off-the-shelf. All of their fish are sick but yet they're still selling them.

Absolutely disgusting environment. Beta fish literally dead for so long that the water has turned brown other betas water not being cleaned to the point where algae is growing. Fish tanks are horrendous. So many dead fish in the aquariums and some of them are so dirty you can’t even tell what you’re looking at. Staff has no regard for the life of their animals. Quite a shame if you ask me
