PetSmart

Had the best experience today at PetSmart! I was looking for something football for “The Big Game” for my doggo — Christyl helped me find the perfect toy!! She took the time to show me a couple of options which was awesome. Thank you! Mav loved it!

I just moved to the area and have always gone to Petsmart for all my doggies needs. Be it grooming, food or supplies. I love Petsmart but I have a bone to pick with this location. We went to take Santa pics and the area they did it in was so confined. There was hardly any room to stand in line. My dogs became overstimulated with the limited space and many many dogs surrounding them. Once It was our turn the young lady asked for my phone to take my pics. I was shocked. In all the years of going to the Petsmart in my old neighborhood I have never taken a Santa pic for my dogs with my own phone. I'm so disappointed because my pics were horrible and did not look like the professional pics we've always gotten. This location needs to do better.

I bring both my long haired dogs to Petsmart in Ocoee to be bathed and brushed. They do a fantastic job, and are fast too. Both pups just came home and look wonderful. They are friendly and attentive at the grooming salon! Thanks!

Lilli in grooming needs to be promoted to management. She has worked with our Great Pyrenees since he was a pup, always sweet as can be despite the business. Today I dropped our Big boy off and she was just coming in, recovering from being sick but still showing up. Five people came at her at the same time before she could clock in, she handled it with grace and Patience working with her teammates and myself to make sure everyone was taken care of. The atmosphere and mood of the grooming room just changed as soon as she walked in. She’s been there for quite a while and her work ethic and customer service skills excel every-time. Our dog absolutely adores her because she is just so kind, gentle, inviting… Dogs are often the best judge of character so take that as your sign to book her!

Stop putting bettas in cups. You can easily make a wall of 5g tanks and sell less at a time. Everytime I walk in there I see at least 3 or 4 dead.
