PetSmart

Picked up our new pet a few months back and the whole store seemed excited that the cockatiel that had been there a year and a half finally got a home. It was a rough start with him never being handled or anything but after so much effort and time I am happy to say Remmi is thriving. He is a work in progress but will eat from our hands, whistle tunes I can only guess played in pet smart, and he says a whistle version of hello when people come in. Our little clearance bird is so loved. ♥️ Thanks for a pretty awesome pet.

Great crew. Really helpful team members as it pertains to fish, very knowledgeable. Additionally a great selection of fish stuff from A to Z. I enjoy going there. Keep up the great work.

I have to give a huge shout out to Ben and ( I hope I spell her name correctly, Adrianne ) they were SO much help and went way over and beyond to help me! Thank you Ben for helping me get everything in my car!! Ben ,very patiently , would not give up when I was having trouble getting my reward points until it finally worked! He didn’t have to care that much, it was for me to save money, but he insisted. Best customer service !!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This rate is purely out of my experience today 2/5/2026 @12pm. The only cashier working at this particular time (old woman with hair dyed blond) started talking with costumers waiting in line and went on to say "it could be worse (the line. I am guessing) it could be filled with criminals, which i had before". As she was saying that, she made a sweep move with her right hand to where i was standing. Then proceeded to say "I wasn't trying to call you a criminal. I can't care less". At that point I had already checked out, and simply said "have a great day" and left. Other than being targeted for being brown and Hispanic (my name is on the account and is clearly not John Smith) , I don't know what other excuse she may have. That's the story. Draw your own conclusions.

Ben was such a big help to us yesterday. He went above and beyond helping us lift heavy bags of food and making sure our app was up and running. His kindness really made our day. Thank you, Ben!
