DO NOT USE THIS PETS HOTEL. i took my baby Felix in to the Pets Hotel at this location and i had the displeasure of dealing with the manager, Irene. She’s incredibly rude, unprofessional, and honestly way in over her head as a manager. I’m not sure how she became manager with her lack of communication skills and ability to take accountability - the power trip she’s on is insane. if you care about your pet, don’t take them here.

I had both of my girls groomed at the N Las Vegas store located on N 5th street with her associate Kimberly. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I just moved back to the and had a regular, wonderful groomer for years and I hoped to utilize petsmart as I just had a great experience enroute to Las Vegas at another corporate animal store/salon. When I got there, I wasn’t even greeted by the groomer..she didn’t introduced herself and the first thing she said was, “do you have the vaccine paperwork.” Her demeanor wasn’t friendly, she didn’t smile..she seemed rushed and a little irritated. She said she would take my older dog back first. She put the leash around her and was pulling her faster than my dog can walk. My dog has vision issues, she’s older and can’t see well so she’s somewh

The PetSmart on N 5th goes above and beyond in every way. Not only are they well stocked and clean, most importantly, they are kind. Always going above and beyond ensuring the absolute best for my pets. Not only knowing and remembering my name they also know my dog's names, Franklin and Maui. From the store leadership on down to the associates I am always warmly greeted. Extremely knowledgeable staff know which products are best for my boys. I use both the salon and pets hotel as well and will always recommend them to friends and family. This is my wholehearted thank you to the N 5th team and just know it's such a genuine pleasure to shop at this location I actually still make the drive across town to be sure to keep shopping here.

I buy all of my pets food, needs here. I have 3 cats and 3 dogs.i order online and then pick it up. I like taking my granddaughter inside to look at the creatures they have for sale. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They also have grooming and a full service vet.

The manager at this location, Irene, is staggeringly unprofessional and incompetent. She demanded our cat be re-vaccinated despite having up to date records. She couldn't even say the name of the vaccination properly. It was like she was making up this entire policy or simply didn't understand basic vaccination requirements for the facility she manages. We even arranged the adoption agency to call the store directly and confirm our cat's vaccination status. What was Irene's response to being proven wrong? She refused us service entirely. No apology, no acknowledgment of her error, just petty retaliation because she couldn't handle being corrected. What an ego! If a manager can't be bothered to understand basic pet vaccination requirements, and then punishes customers for proving her wron
