I want to say how knowledgeable, wonderful, kind, and helpful Danielle was to me and our new kitty. I had no idea what I was doing, but she kept my family and I on the right direction with love and care for our pet. I cannot thank her enough! I truly think she is an angel to animals. I visited this store and requested assistance from a second cashier because I was in a hurry. Even though I politely asked and positioned myself at the new register, the cashier chose to serve another customer who had not asked for assistance, ignoring my request. This caused confusion and a verbal confrontation. Also, your cashiers are insufficient. People were standing almost in the middle of the aisle, and still no second or third cashier came to open their registers. I hope management can remind staff to follow customers’ polite requests and improve staffing to prevent frustration and ensure fair service.

I'm very happy with this store, especially the training programs. My dog and I have completed three courses — puppy, intermediate, and advanced — and we've been extremely pleased with our trainers, Gizela and Hayley. I highly recommend their classes!
