On several visits to this store, I have observed Orandas suffering from multiple infections and diseases, including advanced stages of red spot disease, fin rot, and fungal infections. On one particular visit, I discovered a deceased fish floating at the top of the tank. I immediately alerted a store associate, who identified herself as a "fish expert." Unfortunately, her response was defensive, and when I inquired about their protocol for water changes and general maintenance, her answers were vague and insufficient. Concerned about the well-being of the fish, I returned to the store a week later, only to be informed by the same associate that approximately five of the Oranda Goldfish had passed since my last visit. It is deeply troubling that a retail store of this nature seems to be so

Please be careful with this place. My dog walked in full of hair and happy, and she walked out bald and traumatized. She even had irritation around her mouth, and when I called, the manager didn’t seem to care at all. The groomer left her traumatized. I’m never going back (Photo with hat from 11/20/2025 )

Placed an order for pick up today. Ordered canned puppy food (6 Simply Nourish stew MINCED) Got home and there was 1 can of what I ordered and 5 cans of the brand in SHREDS. No notification was sent explaining they had only 1 can of what I ordered. Why? Who knows!? I'll be ordering online from a different website and I won't be back to Petsmart

Terrible service at the grooming area. Waited 20 minutes only for them to take someone that just walked in. So I spoke up. Then I went into the app to pay and saw that they cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it for an hour later. On top of that, they added a $35 service that I did not ask for. Do not spend your hard earned money here. If they treat customers horribly- how do you think they will treat your dog!?

Thank you to all the staff for all you do but a special thanks goes out to Nancy Ann R. who has been so knowledge and helpful with inquires from guinea pigs food and treat recommendations for Teddy and Cinnamon to even recommending vets when our red eared slider Big Bertha needed one. Another big thanks to Daria who helped train our poochie Hannah Cutie Pie these two women really care about your pets and it shows. Hannah is always looking for Daria when we go there and becomes super vocal when she sees her a sign she loves her lol. Thanks ladies and all of the Pet Smart team for loving our little critters like we do. 😀
