We brought our finicky pup to PetSmart for a wash this Christmas. Dog washer Jen did a fantastic job! She was so good with him and our little boy came back so clean and spiffy-looking. Five stars. Highly recommend booking an appointment with Jen!
Attended an adoption event for cats. I had to get everything I needed because I had nothing. The sales woman was so helpful. She assisted us with purchasing everything we needed and gave us tips for litter training our kitten that absolutely worked. Great experience every visit so far.
Your new London location needs management assistance The store smells it’s dirty the fish tanks are disgusting and the lady whom appears to be the manger in the black shirt with tattoos is extremely rude not only to us but to the other young lady that worked there ! I am a retail manager and I have never seen such a display of rudeness. Please do better !
I wish I could give a million stars to the grooming team at this PetSmart location!! Stacie did an unbelievably amazing grooming job on my bernedoodle and I couldn’t be any happier. I come from NYC and was staying with my mom and needed to have a quick grooming for my pup. I was able to get in fairly last minute (by chance, there must have been a cancellation). Stacie was efficient but flawlessly groomed my dog. The before and after photos speak for themselves. Highly suggest this place, and more specifically, highly recommend Stacie!!
Truly a great place for all your pets needs. Everyone is so helpful and informative. The groom staff you can really tell they all love what they do, and love every pet that comes in. Couldn't be more please with the grooming our pup got and great information that was given to us. Highly, HIGHLY recommend 👍
