The staff is great— very friendly, which is exactly the type of people you would want in a pet store! I can ask anyone for advice and they are always happy to help! I’ve purchased pets for my classroom from PetSmart (geckos, a gerbil, fish) as well as all of their supplies. Great deals and sales. And my dog Loki gets groomed there once a month!

Not one for writing reviews but I walked into this petsmart today to buy plants for my betta fish. I generally like to mind my business about the animals and the fish there already knowing they’re not treated the best. But today I decided to take a look at all the bettas and the fish tanks today only to find that 90% of the bettas on the shelves were dead and DISINTEGRATED. Most of the fish tanks had dead fish in them as well. This is absolutely mortifying and I certainly will not be back for even animal products and would never recommend it to anyone else either. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The Doggie Day Care staff were friendly. My dog seemed like she did well. I would use them again. However, I cannot say the same for the grooming department. We had a very bad experience, and I will definitely not be using them again.

I have to give Petsmart 5 stars. First, Jon groomed my “challenging” dog and did it with a smile and a welcome back. Next, went to Brianna, who was also lovely. Everyone in the “salon” has been warm, welcoming, and listened to my many neurotic concerns. The store is bright and clean, with a large selection, as well. I seem to spend a lot more than anticipated as I wait for him to be ready. 😹I am so happy to have ‘found’ such accommodating, patient and kind groomers. Keep it up!!!

Went to the grooming area to get my dogs nails trimmed, which seems like a simple task. Had to wait 20 minutes, after them making me wait. They said she needs her vaccine records of rabies just to get her nails trimmed. I wish they would’ve told me prior to me waiting all that time. And it seemed like they could care less that they made me wait just to tell me that my dog needed rabies record. This should’ve been told upfront.
