I took 2 difficult dogs in to be groomed, the 1st was a 14 year old husky that was long overdue for a deshed and a standard poodle that I had very specific requests on his cut and I was shocked at my results. First Kira did an amazing job with my husky Balto, he looks amazing and is no longer a fur nato lol and Andrea listened to everything I requested with Wonka and he looks like a very regal standard poodle, I could not be happier and will be a long time client of these 2 amazing groomers, thank you so much. I would put 10 stars if it were allowed. I would also make Andrea a part of my extended family if I could. Before and after photos of my Great Pyrenees, Ghost. She was so kind and patient with him (he was nervous due to it being his first time getting professionally groomed) She literally went above and beyond for us and even loaded him up in my vehicle due to my back being out. 100/10. He will never be groomed by anyone else.

Patricia was there for about three months. I finally decided to get her. She was always digging trying to get out of her cage and always like to bury her food. The manager and everybody else there was very kind and very nice and worked with me. I appreciate y’all so much. Would recommend this store.

We have been training with Jen Richardson for 5 months & our puppy Nugget is doing great! She is wonderful to work with & knows her stuff. He is the best behaved dog in our neighborhood thanks to Jen. We look forward to working with her until he graduates the top level. Thank you Jen...you are the BEST!

I had a wonderful experience today picking up some new fish for my tank. Rainbow was the lovely store associate who help me pick them out and she was very gentle with the fish not to stress them. I just wanted to say thank you Rainbow for everything 😁.
