I have been going here to keep my fish tank together. I had a dilemma, my fish tank kept turning green, because my picasimus died. I even got a new pump that didn't work. So it was suggested I get algae eater but that didn't work either. When I got another picasimus problem solved.

I was 17 minutes late when they have a 15 minute grace period due to rain, children and daylights savings time change. they asked me to wait 15 minutes while they decide then turned down for an appointment. I won’t be coming back terrible customer service

What happened to PETSMART, they barely have anything in it anymore. It doesn't pertain to this one location but multiple locations. Im trying to get back into the fishing aquarium hobby, i used to be a fish enthusiast years ago and im trying to get back into it. I have a75 gallon aquarium that im trying to decorate i been to a few petsmarts trying to buy decorations for it n also seeing what kind of fish im going to stock. They dont have any kind of fishing decor anymore I remember when they had everything from ornaments, wall light bubblers to plants, and tons of different fish, it was so many species you couldn't pick just a 1. Now they barely have anything in it. They barely keep fish in stock. I been to 3 different stores and all of the tanks are basically empty except goldfish. Seem l

First time coming to this location. My normal was overbooked. They were very friendly. Kept my pet for 3 hours. She wasn't rushed and looked amazing when picked up. 🐾

I have always taken my dogs to this location, but this will be my last time. I approach the manager and let her know that they charged me a 10 extra dollars for “ Special care” When my dog got groomed, but I was not aware, even when I called in to check on my dog. No one let me know of the price change. The manager simply said that she was supposed to let me know, but still did not take away the extra $10. When I called to check in on my dog, they said that she did show a little teeth, but she’s doing perfectly fine so if she was doing perfectly fine. Why charge the extra $10? Let’s say if I did not have the funds for it ? What would have happened at that point? I think the proper way to handle a business is to let people know what you’re going to charge someone.
