I love the groomers at this location! They do a great job and you can tell they really care about their dogs that they groom, and are very knowledgeable. They even remembered my dad’s dog spike from when he was a puppy, even though he hasn’t been there for a groom in a while! I am very happy with spikes trim and will keep bringing him here.

Our 6 Y.O. Sheltie was bathed and groomed at this store yesterday. It was a very good experience for me, and I think Zipper tolerated it well! Unah did an excellent job. It was obvious that she is very skilled and that she loves dogs. I highly recommend this service.

This petsmart is horrible, for of all, they charge you 10 dollars per hour, like we had time limit and they said ‘’NO we have to do it with our time limit which means that includes 10 dollars per hour’’. horrible service. Second of all, the haircut was extremely bad, it’s like they didn’t even proportion the side evenly, and there more because my dad asked for a trim and he brought him in so they could see him they said they could do it, 2 days later we bring him in for his TRIM haircut then they say ‘’no we can’t do that has extremely tangly hair’’ I’m sorry maam but we brought him in 2’days ago and you said yes…. Well since he did have a lot of hair we did the shave, and we completely regret that decision…. He looks absolutely horrible, Well then we pay 84 dollars for a BAD WORK. … and

Nick in grooming was SO RUDE. i’ve been taking my puppy here for months to get her nails clipped. I walked in and he automatically budged into my conversation with a separate staff member explaining how my service might not happen because my dog needs extra pets and there’s only 2 of them. he also tacked on a $10 fee for someone to pet my dog for 5 minutes while she got her nails clipped. i have never had this fee before. he didn’t greet me when i walked in, and you could tell that the other staff member was so uncomfortable when nick was literally raising his voice at me. this was the worst experience ever and i won’t be back.

Great experience.. I brought my dog for a nail trim and grind. It was done fast, the groomer was very professional and polite! Will come back again!
