I had a 12:30 appt for my dog Phoebe with Jess. I was nervous the first time as Danielle, Brianna and Jaharra used to do my girls hair. Shes a special needs dog with one eye and I just love my dog so much, shes a rescue and i just want the very best care for her. Jess did a great job with her. I highly recommend Brianna or Jess. I accidentally scheduled the wrong type of appointment, but the staff at PetSmart Moorestown went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were incredibly kind and did their best to rearrange their schedules just to squeeze us in, so i didn’t have to bring my dog back on another day. I really appreciated their patience, flexibility, and genuine care. So pleased with our experience—thank you for the outstanding service!

I visited this PetSmart location recently, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. One of the employees, I believe her name was Trish, was extremely unprofessional and had a very rude, standoffish, disgusting attitude toward me and my daughter from the moment we approached her. Her behavior made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it definitely wasn't the level of customer service I expect when shopping here. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don't have to deal with the same treatment because There is no excuse for an employee to act the way she did or carry herself with such a hostile, disgusting attitude.

My Shiba Inu Kai is 20 months old doesn't like his paws touched or a blow dryer but somehow when Shawn C who is the main and only groomer he seems to be good for. Shawn must be magical with him cause he doesn't have a problem walking to the back with him where with others he makes them drag him as thr typical Shiba. Thank you so much Shawn C you are amazing and did amazing with Kai.
