The bird wings were clipped, some more cut then others. A couple were raw (no feathers) from being handled roughly. It might be easier for YOU to catch them, however it ruins the trust of the bird with humans and their potential humans. One had many pin feathers, yes they are supposed to do it themselves or with another bird. However it was alone and had no one to help. Plus there were toys shredding and the one was eating it. Should've been replaced sooner. Birds could pass away from the foreign objects in their stomach, or wrapping around their organs. DO BETTER AND DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

I always hate that I can’t give 0 stars. They do not even deserve the 1 star it makes me give. I’m extremely angry I booked my dog for an appointment on 2/26 for today 3/5 and when I show up they said they couldn’t do it because online said my dog was 22 pounds and the groomer has weight restrictions. However clearly in his profile and being there previously that it states his weight of 95 pounds when actually he’s 82 pounds. I wasted almost 2 hours for driving there and back, almost a half tank of gas, my dog being stressed and crying whole time. I gave him his last anxiety pill right before we went in so now not only do I have to find somewhere else to get him groom but, I have to go his medication refilled which I shouldn’t have had to do yet. This poor service and mistake on petsmart

Went to buy some things for my animals. I asked if I could use a reward on my app. I was told no that I had to activate it and purchase something before I could use it. It made no sense to me but she would not let me use it. Then when I gave her my number she put it in wrong and I did not get my points, someone else did. She told me to call somewhere but never gave me the number. This girl was not friendly at all. She was not even in petsmart uniform. I’m am really considering going somewhere like pet supplies in Chippewa or just ordering off of Amazon where it will come right to my door. Was not happy at all with how I was treated.

Needed my dogs nails cut bad and they wouldn't let me. I drove have an hour to get there only for them to turn me away. Don't go here for grooming. Their processes that need to be completed to even have your dog groomed at all are ridiculous and borderline stupid. Don't. Go. For. Grooming. Here.

I hope I am spelling her name correctly but Myranda in grooming went above and beyond with Abbie! She’s always nervous going to get her nails cut but she handled it professionally and understood why Abbie was nervous! She even put a Christmas bandana on her! All in all, Myranda deserves a raise!
