We shop here all the time. There rewards program is great and really rewards loyalty. We save so much there. We will sometimes run into issues with what they have in stock, but this is extremely rare and only on uncommon items. Overall a good experience.

Great service, except for the fish department. The girl helping me get fish was clearly inexperienced when she jammed the fish against the tank glass to net them. She ended up killing 2 fish in the attempt. Do NOT go there for fish, but go there for everything else. Fantastic store staff, very helpful and informed!

Got my first reptile ever a fancy leopard gecko :-) I can't remember the lady's name which now I feel bad for but she was amazing! She had some of the same geckos at home so she was very knowledgeable, and very helpful in the process of getting everything that we needed for our new member of our family :-) I will definitely be going back there for our future purchases for our new little guy or girl. The animals are well taken care of and it seems like the people there know what they're doing!
