I just picked up my Shorkie for her first bath&groom. The stylist was nice, she asked what we had in mind I showed her several inspo pictures. We came to agreement and I was hopeful. Upon picking up my girl we were advised we had to pay prior to seeing her. Thought that was odd but didn’t say anything about it. Once in line I see that there is a $20 off first haircut and groom visit and he said we did not qualify because we had to pre purchase prior to booking? Again didn’t say much and went ahead and paid full price. We get to go back and pick up my girl and yall she does not look ANYTHING like the inspo pictures I showed the groomer. I wish there was a way to give zero stars, we brought our Great Pyrenees to get a trim, groom and bath and they cut a quarter of her body and quit, saying her fur was to thick for their clippers. Before we picked her up the manager stated that she had a little bold shot on her back. I wouldn’t said that it was a little bold spot, the spot almost cover her entire back.Then she suggested us to take her to the vet to finish the job of shaving her completely. What is really mind puzzling is that we asked for a trim not a shave. So to see her fur cut all the way to the skin was also heart breaking to see. There was no attempt to brushing her, they just jump start to buzz cutting her. I’ve been to this Pet Smart before with my other two dogs and had a Great experience, but I would definitely not

It's always the same problem when buying fish; the person in charge or manager (I forgot her name) is terrible; she doesn't know how to communicate properly with customers. They ask for a million requirements to buy a fish, but if you say you already have everything at home, they give it to you without a problem. How ironic! Terrible service.

Everyone at pet smart was extremely helpful in assisting me in adopting a new dog. I got a wonderful new companion hassle-free. A few minutes to do the paperwork and I was off with my newest household addition. A big smile and 5 stars for pet smart. Other pet adoption places want a waiting period. That is not a good practice. In 30 minutes my rescue was completed. Great place. Highly recomended.
