I had a 5:30 PM appointment and called 10 minutes before to say I was stuck in traffic and would arrive about 15 minutes late. They told me they only allow a 10-minute grace period. I begged them to please be patient because my dog is sick and needed to see the same doctor who treated her before for a follow-up. I specifically requested the same doctor when booking because my dog actually got worse after the previous treatment. When I arrived, Dr. Alison treated me in a very rude and unprofessional way. She showed clear annoyance that I was late and refused to see my dog. On top of that, she wasn’t even the doctor I had requested. There was zero compassion for my dog’s condition. Great store! Everything was organized. Special shout out to Salia for giving me great tips for my snake enclosure. She was super friendly and helpful! Overall everyone was nice and well knowledgeable about pets. My only take away is how busy the store can be in a few minutes but I guess that comes with running a store in the city lol

We have to wait to long from 7:55 am to 11:00 am for the doctor to tell us that my dog was too anxious and they were unable to treat him

I want to thank the extremely rude lady at the register Friday at 2:30 last week. After five years of loyalty to this location I’ve started ordering online from chewy with free shipping for a fraction of the price. It looks as if her rudeness has saved me time and money long term.

Shoutout to Liz on the Grooming team! She is amazing, patient, caring, kind, and detail-oriented. Our dog is a Pomeranian, and gets anxious at the groomers and she always takes great care of him. She is very professional, and I highly recommend her 💯. You can tell she really cares about dogs and is a great person too. Not enough words to say thank you!
