I called Friday for grooming and had asked when would be a good time for me to come in for a walk in service for my dog. The lady I spoke to said to come in Saturday between 7-9am and Sunday between 3-5pm. I went in on Sunday around 3:30pm and the front desk lady was already stand offish and I had told her about a walk in service that I am wanting. She said they didn’t have time today meanwhile there was only 1 dog there and she was off at 3:30pm. I told her about the lady I spoke with and told me to come at that time frame and she repeated her self and said “we don’t have time today”. PetSmart Grooming do better.

I’ve been taking my dog to various PetSmart locations for grooming for years, and have always had good experiences, until today. Zayda kept my dog for 4.5 hours and then added a surprise $40 “scissoring fee” to my bill. When I asked about it, she said she had to scissor because she couldn’t get the shaver through my dog’s fur. An hour of scissoring on a teacup Pomeranian? At no point did Zayda call to inform me there was an issue or that my dog’s usual cut would need to be changed. Overall Zayda seemed disinterested in her job when I asked her about the issue. This has never been a problem in the past, so it was frustrating to find out only when I received the bill that the service, time, and cost were all unexpectedly increased. I just love the daycare here. I had a very busy day at work on my dog's birthday and really couldn't do anything special for him that day and had to put him into daycare. I mentioned to one of the workers that it was birthday. When I picked him up that night, they'd made him this beautiful card and put together a bag of goodies. I wasn't expecting that, and it just made my day and meant so much to me that they cared for him in that way, and I still have the card on our refrigerator months later. They are always kind and wonderful and just the very best people. They are so good with my dog. He is so thrilled whenever I take him. He can't wait to go there. We were looking to adopt a kitten since we've lost two of our senior cats over the last two months. My wife has always wanted a black cat. When we arrived the only kittens they had were a brother and sister both all black! Tyler helped us and he was very friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. Kudos to him and Petsmart!
