It is very difficult to find retail employees that have not become jaded from working with the public. With that being said, Bobbi, Kelly and Tori were absolutely amazing! We have a retired service dog that needed a bed for herself as she has hip problems, arthritis and dementia. These three people made sure that we left with the perfect bed for our retired Tilly. As you can see in the picture, Tilly is a happy puppy. Thank you again! (Corporate, if you happen to read this review, please give these ladies a bump in pay as they deserve it...good employees are hard to find so reward the ones that you are fortunate enough to have.)

I took my dog here for grooming. I normally go to the South Euclid location but the lady that has recently been grooming my dog moved to this location. My appointment was at 8am. I rang the doorbell and was let in by a nice staff member of the store. I went into the grooming salon and there was no one to be found. There isn't a bell or anything to alert a groomer that someone is at the counter. Finally, another groomer entered and asked me if I had an appointment and I told her yes and that I had been waiting for a few minutes. She said "ok...." with an attitude. She then asked what time my appointment was and I told her it was at 8am. She then said "Well that's why no one has come out yet. Your appointment isn't until 8am." By that time it was 7:59am. I got my dog groomed there for the first time and I absolutely love her cut. The staff were extremely friendly and explained everything. I will be going back.

The staff is always so friendly. They always greet me upon waking in and always have a nice chat with them on the way out.

My beautiful golden labradoodle went jn for a bath and haircut, not full shave. She was so traumatized that she cannot even take walks with her 100% shaven hair and it’s awful and devastating. Her hair was matted, but that last place washed and brushed her not shaved 100% of her facial half and body. She was so beautiful and they didn’t even do the mail grinding. Well we all cried when we say how she looked after a complete shave. I never said shave all of her hair at all!! Very disturbed and Kayla was very traumatized. She is freezing in this weather. The other PetSmart several weeks simply washed and trimmed Her now took out the matted hair not shaved her completely!! See the pics from yesterday with her new unrecognizable look - we feel so sad
