Customer Service from one certain individual was horrendous. My Friend went in to buy fish food. It’s a big fish so it requires live bait. Required customer service to purchase. Well apparently this location or at least this individual (who had a beard and what appeared to be breasts) denies service to anyone who wears anything Pro Republican merchandise. A clear disgusted glair eye roll followed by a “I will not help you” is what she received when this person looked at her sweatshirt. She stood shocked.. and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone else to help her and ended up having to push the service button. She was then helped by a different individual. This blatant disregard for good customer service is pathetic. I will be contacting ownership and or corporate. No one deserves

Had a nice selection of Bata fish, lots of different colors and patterns. There were just a small selection of none pets. Just a couple of hamsters and one Guinea pig. They had a couple reptiles but most had recently been sold. They had a variety of other fish. They had cages for cats from the local shelter, but did not have any in when I was there.

The trainer, Kella, opens her class by saying she hates people, that's why she works with dogs. Unfortunately people come with dog. There were two dogs in the class, me and a young female. Kella worked only with the other dog. We were an after thought. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Took my dog in for a grooming appointment today with Kathy R. My dog is not very social and sometimes doesn’t have the best reactions around people/animals she is unfamiliar with, causing me anxiety about bringing her anywhere. It’s been quite some time since my girl has been groomed and was way overdue for nail trimmings especially. I have unsuccessfully attempted to do it myself, more times than I can count. Kathy was absolutely amazing with my dog. From the moment we got there, she was so kind and patient with her. She kept me updated on how she (my dog) was doing throughout the visit which I very much appreciated. My dog came back super fresh and clean with beautifully finished nails. 11/10 would recommend Kathy R! I’ll also mention that Kella (this name may be incorrect, and my apolo

I have had three appointments canceled the same day in the last year. The last time, they didn't cancel until 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment at 11:30 am due to employees not calling in. The best they could do is offer another day and 50% off. They are not reliable.
