Nice staff and great training area. Dogs are welcomed and greeted warmly by the team. Good cat product selection. There is a great adoption event in most saturdays. Clean and highly recommend meeting Mitzi who works with dogs. Dinged one Star because there are not many products with dogs with restricted diets.

10/10 service loved shopping there this is where I got a majority of the pets we have from locally owned and also where I got this chunky fat but frog!!!

I am a PetSmart shopper from way back….well, I had never been in this particular store in Louisiana as I’m from neighboring Mississippi Gulf Coast. When we initially walked in, we noticed the store was much smaller than any other PetSmart we’d been in. Nonetheless the shelves were stocked and had just about everything, if not more than our store in Gulfport. The layout of the store allows for their overstocked or inventory stock to be in the back of the store stacked up to the ceiling, just about. Well other than the obvious size of the store there is no clear indicator of where the back stock starts and the clearance ends. I was about 4 feet from a hallway in the Back of the store when I was so rudely approached by a store worker. She quickly snapped at me and tons me I shouldn’t be back

Store is a little smaller than others I have been to. But the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very friendly & helpful staff. It has the usual selection of pet foods,toys,etc. Clean & organized
