I ordered a 36 gallon fish tank with a stand, at a really good price. It was ready for pickup in under 30 minutes. I got to the store and notified them I was there and a few minutes later a worker came out with it. She helped me load it into my car and did it with a smile. I apologized for ordering a huge item (that's just my nature) and she said oh no problem at all don't be sorry. I got home and set it up and everything is good. It is missing 2 shelves in the stand. I called and spoke with her and she said she has a set and will leave them at the register for me to pickup. All around a great experience.

Just went in and the Bettas were in poor water conditions. Only had one fish person who was pleasant working. They told me they didn't know how to tell male and female live bearing fish apart. Blue calico platys were in a tank with 4 or more dead fish stuck on the intake. It was hard to tell how many because they were white and moldy so they'd been there awhile. I also saw a plant dead in the package so long it had turned into a puddle of slime. I won't be back.

My 1st time using PetSmart grooming services. Tiffany and Haylie are outstanding groomers . My Chihuahua’s Remi and Templeton are topically a little anxious, not with these 2 gals. They were calm / happy from start to finish - they look & smell great. I’m a PetSmart client 4-life. Thank you ❤️

Awful experience after an online delivery order was cancelled. Went in store to purchase the items and attempted to get them to honor a 20% discount code from the cancelled online order. Manager Alex refused to honor it for all items even though I showed her multiple times it applied in the online cart to specific items. Awful customer service.

What an awesome place! Veterinarians on site to answer any questions that you have and staff is very educated on most if not all of the inventory. A wonderful experience
