I do not recommend this location for aquatic animals. Three employees hounded me because of the fish I was buying. Funny thing is while I was waiting for the employee to get my fish a customer was looking on. They said they recently bought some of the same breed. They must’ve been sick because they said the scales were falling off. I should’ve walked away. The fish I bought were sick.

Paid $70 for cat grooming bath/brush service for my 1 year old long haired cat. Upon pick up, the groomer Jazmyn reported my cat was sweet and very cooperative throughout the service. She was even holding him in her arms when I arrived and he looked pleasant as he entered his carrier crate. As I paid for the service I felt him and he was mildly damp, which was fine. However, when I let him out after arriving home I realized his nails were not trimmed and his fur was still overgrown under all his paws and between his toes. (See photo showing paws). I find it hard to understand how an area so standard so routine could be overlooked. Especially, for such a cooperative cat. He was also not fluffy looking like he typically is after professional grooming and brushing. He was still shedding

I took my dog Bella for grooming with Emily, and it was a really disappointing experience. She used almost no proper technique or care — it looked like she went straight in with clippers and shaved everything off. My poor dog’s skin is now completely visible, and she’s been terrified and sad ever since the grooming. This was not the gentle or professional service I expected. We truly did not like the experience and won’t be coming back.

Very helpful employees. I had placed an order online for pickup, but then found myself with time to get it right away. They had not yet put my order together, just 2 bags of cat litter, when I arrived. Instead of making me wait, somebody put the two items together and brought them up front. Thank you, Manchester Petco.

Manager Christine has a terrible attitude. I asked her where a product was and she pointed to the area with an attitude. Then when I couldn't find it and asked a different associate, that associate called her on the walkie-talkie and asked her where it is and she said 'where do you think it is!' Then she came back out with an attitude and was yelling and then basically ran to the area and completely ignored me. Disgusting attitude.
