Clear and firm I took my dog to this place and specifically asked them not to cut the hair on his ears. Even though I clearly stated this request, they did not respect my instruction and cut it anyway. I feel very disappointed because, as pet owners, we trust that our instructions will be followed. I will not be returning, and I recommend that if you take your pet here, make sure they truly listen to what you ask for.

Outstanding we met Crissie D for the first time today as we were visiting from Virginia Beach and she got everything PERFECT! She was very nice friendly instant comfort with her handling of my girl. Furthermore she listened and heard me and what I was looking for when doing baby girls summer cut. I was ready to get her a fresh body cut so we could grow her hair back out for Winter but I didn’t want to lose the tail or the top knot. Crissie nailed it! ILOVE this look on her! Oh and she was careful not to cut those lashes!!!

My son purchased a large cat tree for my two 8 month old kittens. It is 60" in height. Puts the cat at eye level when on top platform. Both of them had a blast "helping" build it. Tony and Coby definitely approve the purchase. Tony is currently sitting on top, watching over the neighborhood. Great product. BTW staff was friendly, helpful and courteous not something you get in most stores in this area. Best Christmas present. My son is also a pet parent of one dog and three cats. Update: We now have 5 guys climbing on the tree. A year later and it is holding up!

We learned not to take our MS here and let Kat groom her. So disappointing from the lack of skill and attention to detail. Our 2 year old MS named Skye is a trained and well behaved K9. We took her to the Sudley Petsmart location because the person we like at the Sowder Village Petsmart location wasn’t available. Kat was very nice to meet and talk to in person but clearly lacks the skills to groom. We asked to have her groomed with a #10 all over for her summer groom. When my wife picked her up from the groomer and brought her home she looked ragged from the grooming. I re-bathed her as I do weekly and after being at the groomers due to my pet allergies from the other dogs/cats. After her bath and I got to really look at her it was clear this was a bad grooming. Always clean and they love your pets. Grooming is far above others and the people in the entire store actually know the entire store. They can find anything you need and always have great recommendations. There never seems to be a stock shortage and the prices are still appropriate.
