I recently brought my dog in for a nail trim and I have been bringing her in on a regular basis for her nail trim she is excitable she's not aggressive she's just a little hyper so as we came through the door one of the women made a comment and said "oh great" and then went into the back room with someone else's dog that did not sit well with me I went up and paid for my nail trim while they were doing her nails but because she is so hyper they were only able to do the back Paws but of course I paid for a full nail trim and left a tip and when I got home I called the store and spoke with the store manager Mitch and he apologized profusely and said he would figure something out and get back to me but he did not ask me for my name or my phone number and of course I never got a phone call bac

Thats crazy, not even just dead fish, but straight up skeletons.

Just needed some simple stuff for my turtle. There was only 1 employee on the floor and the current checkout line was 8+ people waiting. There were multiple waiting back by the fish and no help to ask for. We will keep our business with Petco. Ended up walking out with nothing.

Always a clean place. The fish people give a bit of an attitude if you disagree with them but I understand why they try to make their point. For me having fish for many years with very successful tanks. They should not argue so much.

Your website advertises grooming until 8pm. See attached. I walk in at 3:45pm with both of my dogs, to the worker telling me, “oh we just mopped. We’re closing. We’re closing early. We just are.” Then I speak to the person in charge and she plays straight in my face, saying they advertise their closing time, then turns around and says, “I wasn’t aware that we were closing early.” Complete waste of time and not a single care for customer service or that I dragged my dogs down here. Do better! Absolutely ridiculous.
