I had a appointment at 10:00 am for my dog to be groomed. I get there 5 minutes early for my appointment for them to tell me that my groomer called in sick. That's all good but nobody called me to tell me my appointment was canceled!!! I had to drive there to find this out!! No apologies just would you like to reschedule NO THANK YOU!!!

The cat section was really well stocked and quite a few associates offered to help me find what I was looking for. They answered my questions and helped me find exactly what my spoiled princess wants. I highly recommend.

This is specifically for the dog grooming. I switched over here on recommendation from a friend. My mind is blown. My little fluff ball has never looked so good and I didn’t know she could look that good. And they are cheaper than my old place. Check them out. Well worth the switch!

New to the area...My dog was groomed here once and we never came back. He's a poodle so we get regular grooms! Kayla G said my dog bit her which he has never done and charged me for it. After going elsewhere they said he had no issues. I feel like she was abusive towards my baby and I highly suggest you all not to take your pups here. She wasn't the nicest either!

I have a lot of admiration for cashiers. At check out just now, got caught between a doordash driver who was struggling with a customer's order and a rude woman behind me who kept exclaiming "Jesus Christ!" And "oh my god!" About the situation (like he wants to hear her bitching). The cashier and manager handled the situation with friendliness and efficiency. I wish we retail employees could do our jobs without entitled customers making snide comments, especially at the holidays!
