I brought 7 fancy guppies from here about a week ago and they are sooo beautiful and thriving. They had a nice selection of fish here. The website said they had endler fish in stock here, but in store didn’t have any. My glo danios I brought 6 months from here are still thriving. I like the grooming salon, I've been here multiple times, but last time I was here the groomer left a huge gash across my dog leg. He said it wasn’t big but it was long and looked deep. I do like that they told me before hand and they offered to take him to the vet and they did gave me some abrasion spray.

While picking up an order for someone else, I was approached by Michael, who told me that I was making his job harder because of a sign that I didn’t see and no one was helping me beforehand so of course I went to the area where it had all of the pick up items. Apparently I didn’t do it correctly, and Michael got very upset with me because of things I was not aware of. I have my own pets and I used to go here and I am no longer Going to this specific one if he’s mean to other people like this.

Sweet people here. Store looks great. Critters look healthy. And they have some great deals some times. I have a parrot and we love to go here. Except I want to bring home ALL THE CRITTERS W US!!!! PetSmart U can send me this sweet little yellow 💛 🐥....we already fell in love w him, and him w us, I'm sure if it!

We had a lot of good experiences with greeting dogs today. While trying things on. Ruby got a lot of praises for her good behavior. She even met past my expectations due to the good nature of the staff and customers. I appreciate people respecting my shirt and asking before petting. It made things more enjoyable and less stressful
