I had went to Lawnside, New Jersey PetSmart. I walked in there had the best customer service from Melody. She took the time out, and I know that she was busy to explain a lot of things to me. I was so happy and felt informed in every way about the grooming of both of my dogs, Maya and Toby.. we had such great conversation. I felt very comfortable with Melody, taking care of my fur babies. She was going over and beyond with helping me explaining things to me. I give her a five star.. I was told that I could bring Maya and Toby both together and that I would get a phone call when they both were finished. Normally that does not happen since my dog Maya is a pug. She is considered quicker and faster grooming.. but for some reason, I drop them off at 9 AM and I got a phone call by 11 that they
Always a great experience at the Doggie Hotel. Willow loves it there! She's stayed as long as 14 days! She's actually excited...when I take her there...and that assures me they are taking great care of her during her stay. Thank you PetSmart for caring for my furbaby!
Brought our newly adopted Tre to the training class and had a great experience! Chris was so professional! He really cares and goes above and beyond for everyone's fur babies! I highly recommend him. Can't wait to put Tre in the next class!
Our experience at Lawnside’s Pets Mart has been 100% positive. Sara in the Fish department helped us start our new tank with so much sincerity and knowledge.
I would like to submit a customer recognition for Matt (I believe this was his name, apologies if my poor hearing didn't catch it correctly!), who was working at the Lawnside NJ Petsmart on 1/16/26 at 3 PM. I had placed an online dog food order for my pet's upcoming PetsHotel stay, but the website said the stock was low - so I called to make sure they had it available. Matt picked up my call, walked over to make sure they had the specific food I wanted in stock, and even walked it over to the PetsHotel for my dog's stay. Way to go above and beyond! As a longtime Petsmart customer, this is one of the many ways Petsmart continues to set itself apart from its competitors and I hope Petsmart continues to support excellent employees like Matt!
