Great place. Been going for 2 years now. Staff has always been friendly, and while they dont always have the brand I want, they have a solid choice to pick from as a substitute. Also great on keeping up with holiday themes and have awsome finds. Dont forget to donate!

Great staff Great pets I bought a bird and she's a healthy silly parakeet we named her Skye from her sky like belly ! She gets so happy when we clap for her ! And she loves sitting her food bowl 😊

About two weeks ago I purchased 2 Neon Tetras. All of the fish tanks didn’t look clean, some had lots of algae and didn’t look good/ healthy for fish to be living in. When we got the Tetras they looked perfectly healthy and their tank was one of the (somewhat) cleanest. When we got home we adapted them to the water perfectly fine. We had three other fish at home that were perfectly healthy. When we put the new fish in the tank, all of the fish were getting along great, a couple days later we noticed one of the fish we had just purchased had perished. A day later the other one did as well. While we were cleaning that fish out we noticed our previous tetras had spots on them. After further research we found out they had ICK diseases/ fungi. In years past the fish and crickets we bought from here die quickly and were never healthy. We stopped coming for a long time. After another pet store was closed we in a pinch went back to PetSmart. Bought several items and spent over $100. Got home and opened items to find things were not only broken and missing parts. One of the chameleon water items was not only used and returned but full of mold. Wasn't even checked when returned. Now wasn't even offered our money back. This ai disgusting and bad business. Glad i noticed when putting it together. My animals/critters could have gotten really sick!!!!

Terrible in my opinion. I went for fish and there was dead fish everywhere i started to take photos of the dead fish for this review and immediately a worker comes to me and my sister PISSED she asks us what we need help with my sister proceeds to tell her the fish we were planning on taking and she basically man handled those poor guppies into the bag and madly walked away without asking if we needed anything else. Mind you all these fish were feeding off of each other and the already dead fishes. My sister got two beautiful guppies she wanted to save them because the other fish had already bit off most of the fins. These fish are obviously not properly cared for especially if their feeding off each other wouldn’t recommend especially the worker being so rude adding that cherry on top.
