Imani is absolutely terrible as a groomer!! I have gone to this location and have gotten my 6 month puppy groomed since she was 3 months. From basic washing to a speciality cut from Nya with no issues at all. My pup has only been here and because of Imani nasty customer service , terrible treatment of my puppy, and all around unprofessionalism I would not recommend you allow your fur baby in her car. I am so dead serious about the treatment that I have also written corporate to complain. Over $100 wasted on grooming and it’s my fault for not being patient and waiting on Nya or Fehanna. Again beware of IMANI, rude woman with a short unkept ponytail that she keeps in a matted bun.

The staff here are incredibly unprofessional. I’ve used Petsmart (6+ years)for grooming in multiple states and locations and I’ve never experienced the issues that I’ve had since coming to this location. If you must use this location DO NOT use Imani, she doesn’t need to ever work in any service industry. She probably works with pets because they can’t speak on her abusive and aggressive behavior. The management is impossible to reach unless in person because the staff just hangs the phone up when you request them. Also, avoid NuNu and Ki (they don’t know what they’re doing). Honestly between the 3 of them they don’t know how to groom a dog or work a phone, claiming they call and don’t get an answer but there’s no missed call(again I’ve never had an issue at any other location). I was informed that Remi’s hair would need to be shaved fairly low due to matting, which I understood. However, his hair was cut much lower than what was discussed. He is now completely bald, which was very heartbreaking to see especially considering how beautiful his coat was before. Additionally, I had requested that the hair on Scar’s face be trimmed a specific way, but it appears that area was never touched. Both of my dogs now resemble bald lions, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this grooming turned out.

I can't count on my fingers how many dead animals I see there. Staff absolutely suck at their job. I get it, animals die. But there shouldn't be entire tanks of dead fish, and then hermit crab bodies that sit there for weeks just rotting. It's disgusting. So many dead animals this place should be shut down

If I could I've them a -100 I would. Every time I took my pet to the grooming department They respond to a week lie and say they are charging me for late pick up when no one called. Last time I forgot not to book with them. I sent my dog for grooming the cut him real bad, everyone says how cooperative he is in getting groomed but they said they wanna charge more for him being not being cooperative. Ewwww Largo Petsmart never again!
