PetSmart

Went here to buy a Honey Gourami and was told my tank was too small for this fish. I was told "this fish gets OVER 3.5 inches and gets thick." This fish is one of the smallest grouramis next to the sparkling gourami. It only gets 2 inches. This lady told me she's been keeping them for years. Obviously that isn't true. She continued to argue with me and told me she's not selling me the fish because she thinks my tank is too small. So we walked out and will never be back. I've been keeping fish for 25 years. This lady has no idea what she's talking about and no business telling ppl they have the wrong tank size. Attached a pic of the tank the fish would be in.

I went in this store looking to buy crickets the employees were super nice and I decided to ask if they had a rock hide for my leopard gecko and they had one and they recommended me the best bedding to use and they showed me pictures of their own gecko’s enjoying the hide and as soon as I brought it home my gecko went straight into it and has not left I am extremely satisfied

edit: petsmart worked with me to figure out the cat grass situation.. The manager was very kind and understanding. This store always has what I need!

I placed an order online for my dog Levi. When I went to pick up my order Cassandra informed me that the order went to Cincinnati instead of Lancaster. She said their system has done that with customers previously. Cassandra called the store in Cincinnati to cancel my order & took care of me at my PetSmart in Lancaster. Cassandra was super nice & helpful! All places need wonderful employees like Cassandra!

Employees are rude (specifically the older lady), wait times for the fish are unreal- even when using the assistance request. I continue shopping here hoping to get better customer service but it doesn’t happen. The older lady makes it feel like you’re an inconvenience when you need help. Extremely unapproachable. Pushing things out of her way groaning and saying how she’s overstimulated and wants to leave. I know we all have bad days but it seems everyday there for her is a bad day. I left and went somewhere else for the items I needed.
