Sarah picks and chooses who she wants to groom (the easy ones) I took my puppy to her once and she bathed him cut nails I paid top dollar extra 20.00 for exspress and tipped 10.00. My husband made an appointment and she called and canceled. I called today and she refused to do my dog, she didn't feel comfortable 😕 awwww poor baby. What the hell, so lazy and a cry baby Just wait till real life happens to you and you want to refuse. Lololo

I like that they do have a big selection of kittens/cat section. But customer service is terrible. If you do ask questions they refer you to the cat lady that tells and comes at you screaming. You have good price just no customer service

Sunday..I pull up to the store..and people are going in ..so I go in and get catfood for my special needs cat..understand I HAVE TO HAVE THIS FOOD..they sell this food ..they had it in stock..so I came to get it..I get the food and a few more items and go to check out...which I cant.The WHOLE store doesn't open until 10..wierd. So the grooming section is opened and the vet only as I was told by a rude older woman employee in the back playing with the birds..I asked if I could check out in the grooming room or vet..nope..so I had to wait 30 minutes to check out.They should have a big sign they put on the front door on Sundays stating this.I watched 3 people walk put of the store..then Emily a store processor with a rude attitude told me I was stupid for not.looking at the little hour sign

Madeline was extremely helpful in finding what I needed for my baby who is dealing with itchy rashes on his belly. And she was so kind as well! Will definitely come back to shop here just because of her!

I loved the grooming nail trim. However, I purchased the Purina Pro Plan Petite Puppy under 1 year about amonth ago. Because I had trouble finding it and not able to go out and purchse often., I got 2 bags. Well today I opened the second bag and it was filled with moths. It was not opened since purchasing.We had this trouble years ago with purchasing other dog food from Pet Smart. Someone told us then it was the warehouse. Just be careful. Needless to say, I now am out of this puppy food! I am also writing to Purina!
