I’m so pleased with the grooming! They did wonderful work and were very supportive and patient with my Coton de Tulear. Today they had several dogs his size that they were working on. Thank you!! Oh and I found the perfect t-shirt there for him too! Even the cashier was very pleasant. Thank you again. You are very much appreciated!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I packed my dogs up three different times for nail trims first time they decided not to open until 10:30am even tho their hours are 9am second time three girls there no one could do it so I made an appointment for the following day at 11am I get there and the girl went to lunch 5min before we showed!! The lady asks “ can u come back” no that was the reason we made the apt in the first place!! It’s not the easiest thing to pak up two dogs drive them across town for them to flake on their apts completely unprofessional didn’t offer a coupon or anything just said “ have a nice day” what a joke!!

Petsmart needs help Offer! Both on the app & in store. You guys need to offer more items on the shelf, have enough associates so someone can help & not feel rushed when there's a question, offer better deals & for heaven's sake...FIX YOUR APP! Make sure if something is not offered, it is taken off the website & make it more user friendly.

Fish bought here keep dying, especially females guppies I bought. Got 6 and they all died. Got replacement with reciepts. Got few more fish and 50% died again. Avoid!

Grooming opens at 7am. Groomer was a no show, Manager provided basic information on delay but seemed indifferent to the customers waiting. We decided to come back the next morning. Tried to make an appointment was told by the staff it was unnecessary because it was only a nail trim. Next morning refused service because we were a walk in and they only had one groomer and had 3 appointments already. Ridiculous.
