The groomer who had my puppy today either needs more training or to be fired . It’s February was advised to keep hair as long as possible they shaved him . I could shave him at my house for free . Just either laziness or a severe learning curb. I have called and told the manager we will not be back , no refunds offered , no discounts

This PetSmart is clean and nicely stocked with merchandise. I enjoyed browsing around looking at beautiful live exhibits.. There is a variety of fish and other aquatic creatures to choose from. This location still has cats for adoption and they are beautiful. I was there for dog food for my labradoodle and larger hummingbird feeders. The feeders are a hit, because they love them. Now I have a video with one checking the feeders out. My dog is a little excited and you will hear him hard. Go and enjoy your visit with Petsmart.

I visited the grooming salon for the first time today 5/14/25. My daughter and I were so excited to take her sweet pup for her first grooming. What was supposed to be a fun adventure to us turned into a total nightmare and completely ruined our day. I booked her appointment online originally for 5pm. I got a call around 2pm basically TELLING me that if I wanted her to have a full bath I needed to have her there by 3pm or 4pm as it would take hours. Fine! I got her there at exactly 4pm. As soon as the groomer comes out she instantly had a nasty attitude. Our 13w old pup as to be expected was very excited. She then says IF SHES GOING TO ACT LIKE THIS WE WONT BE DOING ANY GROOMING FOR HER. Automatically I knew then the visit was going to be bad. (Should’ve left then). She takes my baby back f

More times than not their fish are on quarantine dye to their water system. Because of this I have to venture out of town for my tanks. Sometimes the staff is helpful and pleasant but most times they are not.

I can’t believe I took my 16 wk old bichapoo into pet smart looking one way and picked him up looking like a whole different dog. I called to speak with a manager & she was very polite but I was offered $10 or a $10 credit. It wasn’t even about the money but the hurt I feel every single time I look at my dog. Also offered to send pics but I felt dismissed through the politeness. I struggled to even give this review bc I don’t like getting people in trouble but the more I look at my dog the angrier & hurt I feel. This truly is unacceptable to shave my dogs muzzle like this when he was supposed to get a teddy bear face. I also only asked for half of his body hair to be cut. I trusted Pet Smart bc my 1st dog went to a Pet Smart for 15 years and I never experienced anything like this. So Pet S
