My dog has been going to the Petsmart Kennesaw grooming for roughly two years now. I’ve had a horrible experience with Petsmart Marietta (Johnson Ferry) in the past and I was a bit apprehensive about trying a different location, nevertheless the Kennesaw location came highly recommended. I must say I have absolutely no worries when it comes to the grooming salon and the customer service at this establishment. ZARIA is an absolute GEM, she’s amazing, my dog loves her and takes time. You can tell this is a passion of hers and she will continue to go far. If Zaria leaves this location, I will follow her wherever she goes. Big Kudos to Ms. ZARIA! cashier katie very weird and rude to customers and gives attitude instead of politely helping you. very rudely told my partner that he couldn’t scoop the crickets even though there was zero associates on the floor to help, everyone is too busy talking to each other in the back and she couldn’t be bothered to walk away from the register. she’s clearly miserable but that has nothing to do with us customers and everything to do with herself. he was still nice and said thank you and she says “yep”😂

This was our second negative experience at this PetSmart location. During our visit today, we were assisted by an employee named Avery, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. While he appeared to have strong knowledge of the animals, he lacked basic customer service skills. Avery became visibly frustrated when I asked questions about the animal I was planning to purchase, along with the $400 habitat and accessories that went with it. As a customer, I expect to be able to ask questions—especially when making such a significant purchase. Additionally, he spoke very poorly about one of his coworkers, Amanda, who was much nicer than him, in front of us, which was both disrespectful and inappropriate. This employee is in need of customer service retraining and a serious attitude adjustmen

Grooming moves appointments without notice and then when they tell you one thing over the phone you show up and tell you something different. Terrible communication and service. Waited almost 2 weeks to simply have an appointment be cancelled despite them confirming it over the phone.

I love this place! Carly does an AMAZing job grooming my poodle. She has been his groomer since he was a baby. He is now a 10 year old man. 😆
