I visited the store today to pick up my online order, and I wanted to share that the cashier who assisted me was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their positive attitude made the experience very pleasant. However, I did notice several homeless individuals in the parking lot, which made the area feel a bit unsafe. I wanted to bring this to your attention in case additional security or monitoring could help ensure a more comfortable environment for customers and staff.

This petsmart is on the smaller side but it's super clean and modern. Employees were a lil scarce but nice and helpful. The cat adoption area looks so cool

I brought my Dalmatian in just for a wash and nail trim and the lady told me I needed to upgrade to nail grinding for it to be smooth which is another 15$ which I’ve never had to do before but fine .. total came out to about 74$ and her nails are still super sharp . I’m so mad such a waste of money and time and to be pushed to adding an extra 15$ service to “be sure” it’s done right for it to still not be done right .. never again . And this is not the first bad experience I’ve had with petsmart grooming but it’ll definitely be my last

Got my small 10 lb. dog groomed here and I was surprised at how well the groomer did. I was skeptical since the reviews aren’t great but given the price and the job they did, I’m really happy with it! I will definitely be requesting Sam again since he was so nice and helpful!
