PetSmart

The store has the best employees. Walked in today and was instantly greeted by a wonderful young man named Lucas. I also spoke to the supervisor about her wonder employees. She was awesome as well. I think moving forward I will drive the extra few miles to this store instead of the Tiffany Springs store. Great Job to everyone in this store. Thank you for making me feel like a valuable customer.

This is our families go to local pet store. We have adopted two hamsters here at different times and had the pleasure of being assisted by Madelyn (sorry for spelling) on both occasions. Her professionalism, knowledge and eagerness to go above beyond helped so much. We really appreciate it. No store is perfect, but there is a lot to be said for great customer service.

I went to the Liberty PetSmart within this past week and about half of the betta fish in the cups were deceased:( The employees were all very kind and the store was very clean but I wish you would care for your fish more. They are living creatures that eat, sleep, breathe and reproduce like any other animal. They don’t deserve to die in tiny little cups on a shelf.

I flip flop on this place for grooming, it just depends on the staffing they have. Sometimes it’s TERRIBLE sometimes it’s great. Right now it’s great with Serena. Will keep coming back as long as she is working

I brought my znaucher from Perú 🇵🇪 a year ago and you don't know how I have suffered with his haircut at other veterinarians 😢 And luckily a month ago they recommended PetSmart from Liberty to me and I was really surprised with the good results of the haircut from my Airi 🐶 and how they ask you, showing you the type of cut you want for your pet 💕
