Enjoyed Petsmart. Had cats, guinea pigs, hamsters and parakeets. No ferrits anymore. Nice young lady answered all my questions. Didn't make a purchase but prices seamed fine.

I went to Petco hoping to find good deals on cages, specifically reptile cages, and to purchase crickets for my reptiles. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I checked the cricket containers, the crickets were dead, and the super worms were dead as well. That alone was very concerning, especially for a store that sells live animals and supplies for their care. On top of that, I tried to find a customer service associate to help me, but there was no one on the sales floor at all. I waited and looked around, but no one came to assist me. Overall, the store felt neglected and disorganized. Because of this experience, I walked out without purchasing anything. I will never come to this location again.

The employees here are always warm welcoming and friendly, the store is always fully stocked and very clean, there's always a good sale and reasonable prices. I'm very satisfied with the amount of help put in when needed. Great store!

The guy that helped me before the store closed was patient and kind helping get tiger barbs. The store is very calm clean and welcoming. Better than Petco on north main street in providence. Which I'm no longer going to.. they are rude and tell you what u can or can't make a purchase that day..makes no sense... Thank you PETSMART🥰🥰

Bought 2 guinea pigs here, they are such a great addition to our family. We recently lost a pet and these beautiful babies have delivered us great joy!
